Bungie ADs are lying to me & you
I'm seeing all these Destiny commercials where a fireteam is fighting fallen enemies and they are saying how they need back up. Out of nowhere comes a crazy hunter on a sparrow running said Fallen over and clearing the area. The fireteam then says to him. "You know you can shoot them right?". The hunter replies "Yea....I know". MY QUESTION IS....
How come they didn't show that they had to FIRST invite him to a party/fireteam chat, wait for him to go through the menu's to accept and THEN talk to him. There is no prox chat in this game. The cake is a lie....

11 RepliesAlthough there is no prox chat currently I wouldn't be surprised if it got added in later. During the Pax panel they talked about having patches like other large scale games. They seemed really excited about that. Whether that does gets added in later is another story. Sadly you need to consider that games have deadlines. Yes we know its not impossible to add in prox chat. But they still wanted to get what the core of they're game is supposed to be out by the deadlines they already had. [spoiler]I get that the ad may make people think more of the game than what they currently have. But that's like me getting mad because I didn't become super good at sports because I drink Gatorade.[/spoiler]
