I know most of you will not care and even say let the door hit you on the way out. I know I wasn't a big, popular dude back then or even now I know its silly to bother going through the trouble to write this, none the less, I feel obligated to do so. I don't know why I feel this way, but I do and wanted to share my farewell. I remember when I first stumbled across Bungie.net back in 2007 when I was getting excited for the release of Halo 3. I sat in my chair watching the video of Bungie showing off their Forge mode (Which my name did NOT come from). Then I saw the Community, and I thought to myself, [b]"What a great community, I should join on in this shenanigans." [/b] Over that time, I enjoyed going onto the Bungie forum on a daily basis and just laughing my ass off on a weekly basis. As time continued, I noticed the forum only got better, but the moderation back then was WAY too strict. I probably couldn't go a month or two without getting at least one ban, but I kept coming back for more. The community and I continued to find was around the banhammer and at the same time had some legit Lols in the process. The only Mod back then and I still enjoyed seeing around was [b]Recon Number 54,[/b] I will greatly miss him, whever he is now. I remember how awesome it was to get a ranked title on this site.. made you feel unique.. or even with those with an ego, Masta race. [u]But then the fire nation attacked.[/u] Hehe.. I loved all the internet memes I discovered from this site. Even though they may not have originated from here, I always felt in my heart they did. I miss those days.. I also miss the days when Bungie.net was dark and when Bungie went Light, I died a little inside. The final straw was last night when I evaluated condition this "Community" is in. How the game Destiny gained an undeniable foothold on #Gaming.. and even has spread slightly over to #Offtopic. I knew in my sad heart, it was time for this old Flood to set sail. I could go on and on, but I don't want you to call China and told them I stole their wall.. I depart for my new internet home, the sep7agon.. left a link to all those who wish to follow..
