Mythic Map Pack
I believe this will be the new name for the next map pack since there is
"heroic member"
"legendary member"
and- "mythic member"
Who else agrees?

I just looked at the achivements for halo 3 and i think that there will 6 maps lomgshore citadel sandbox Orbital assembly hereitic [Edited on 09.23.2008 7:44 PM PDT]

My Bet for the Mythic Maps: Citadel - Forerunner buildings on either side, like Valhalla with bigger bases. Longshore - Something like Relic Heretic - Maybe the station you have to cut loose in H2. Assembly - Scarab Factory Orbital - The outside of Cairo Station Sandbox - A bigger, better, Foundry.

acorrding to new achievements that will be later released, there will be 6 maps in the Mythic Map Pack and apperently they have skulls. Does this mean that they will be Missions? Stay tuned.

Even though it's your guess and opinion. They wouldn't name every next map pack after Skulls. Otherwise it would be too Obvious. Even though Heroic and Legendary were kind of obvious. But Mythic is just one of those names that just fit's in well with a map pack. In Halo 2 they had the Killtacular Map Pack. But you couldn't image when a new map came out and was called "Grunt's Birthday Party Map Pack" or "Cowbell Map Pack" They just don't sound like one of those cool maps that would sound intersesting when it came out. Here's an example "Hey guy's did you know that the New IWHBYD Map Pack is coming out, It sounds totally awesome (Use of Sarcasim)" I'm not trying to put you down or anything I'm just saying naming a New Map Pack with the other skull's names just doesn't fit right. Heroic, Legendary and Mythic just sounds like good names for Halo 3 Map Packs. Accension Rules. Love Bungie. [Edited on 09.23.2008 4:15 AM PDT]

well many of the posts in this topic are about "BTB Maps" or "Big Maps" and i think the epic failure of ranked btb should tell all of you how successful large maps are. they need 3, new, arena-type maps
