Hahaha too funny... I mean some are cool looking. But he is right on spotting who is suspect. Of course they won't always suck but it flat out means they haven't raided as much. And with the raid perks it would be putting your team at a disadvantage by not arming it. You get more orbs for vex kills, super power with oracle kills, AND MORE HEAVY AMMO. So this guy is kinda right But I do understand it will help some 29,s who know what they are doing and just can't get the helmet drop.
