Why are these changes undocumented? They are changes of the most recent patch, why were they not included?

Usually only major changes are added to the patch notes and small tweaks like these are left out

By leaving out small tweaks, they are unintentionally violating community trust. The fact Bungie leave things like this out is the reason a lot of people believe that Bungie has given up on them, it ties in directly with the verbal silence they've grown so accustom of using lately when it comes to Destiny controversy. If they would just include these tweaks it would go a long way in showing that they 'appear' to be getting better better about sweeping info under the rug.

Of course my friend :), just to expand on my opinion, I used to play world of Warcraft and they did something similar with their patch notes. Of course people would go crazy about ninja nerfs and all that, but to me these little things are just fun to look for. Like a new icon isn't gamebreaking, so the fact that it's not in the notes doesn't bother me. Instead I log on and go hey! That looks new! Lastly, I feel like if they did add everything they changed, it might be a little too much to read :p Maybe this will change your PoV! Later!

That does change my view a little. The reason I bring my points up is that I'm used to a lot of changes being implemented and documented, I have been playing a lot of pre-release alphas of late and [b]every[/b] change is written down. It is just perspective I guess
