I've been in a team who won (barely) when I went positive (only 1.5ish I think) and the rest of my team was negative (0.6-0.8). I didn't carry them with uber skills, we just managed to hold 2 control zones all match and came out on top even though the other team all went positive.

Yeah idk man. You'd think that collectively the rest of the team could make up 1000 points less than what I got by myself.
