What exactly is a bannable offense in #offtopic? I see a lot of threads here that would get you permabanned in other forums

Stuff like users posting links to porn sites/images or viruses, harassing, posting sensitive information, death threats, etc... will get banned with serious consequences. Read the COC and TOU if you want to know more. If you find something inappropriate mute or report them. The ninjas will take care of it.
