I'm an Army vet with 8 years under my belt (97-2004). I had PTSD and depression. I know how hard it is and I'm gonna give you some tough love: you are part of your own problem.
Here me out; it sounds like your brain and mind still aren't able to cope yet. I don't know about your relationship with your significant other, but you've got to work on yourself. It comes with looking in the mirror and saying directly into your own eyes "I don't want to fell this way anymore." It took me until I was in my thirties to properly deal with it.
I truly wish you the best of luck on the long road ahead of you. You'd be surprised how receptive your friends and loved ones will be to you just talking about how you feel and what's going on upstairs.
