13 RepliesBased on these images, the new Vendor gear will get you half way to 33. Lol. Also, the new weapons attack max out at 365 - level 36 enemies inbound? Maybe the new level cap is 35 and the HARD raid will be 36?

It would be good if they gave the existing factions real purpose before adding more 're-skinned content' which is effectively what a new faction will be....

12 RepliesTo those saying the new gear will invalidate Crota gear, it won't. Bungie stated on NeoGAF that vendor gear wont invalidate the raid gear. In the post by Luke Smith he said they wouldn't be repeating the same mistakes again and in particular specifically mentioned raid gear becoming invalid and the resetting of exotics. I guess we'll have to see how it all plays out but I wouldn't put too much stock into stats that are at least a month away from release.

2 RepliesMy thoughts: Warlocks are going to look amazing. Best iteration so far, IMO. Best looking helmets yet, I was tired of that slim vertical visor that looks like a fat vaccum cleaner. Hunters... the boots are weird. Everything else looks amazing. Rendering a knife in their gauntlets is a great idea. The helmet looks a bit Titan-ish, tho. Titans.... ugh. They are getting the shortest straw here. The chestplate looks less armored than the Hunter´s, the helmets remind me WAY too much of Halo, and those assymetrical boots with little armor.... Meh. I´ll probably keep my current set to look awesome in PVP.

2 RepliesNot to dismiss this reveal, but I am somewhat skeptical. Its all very cool, but hard to take legit in any way. Some of the pieces shown look exactly the same, which seems kind of odd. For example, Extropy Morph and Talion Glory boots look the same visually. So unless Bungie has gotten that lazy, it makes it seem inaccurate. Secondly, why is 90% of it in Japanese (Chinese?) script? Did somebody at Sony release an Alpha copy? Just trying to understand how that would even be done and if that isn't some kind of false script.

11 RepliesIf it doesn't come out the first half of March, I'm done with this game. Already lost interest in hard mode Crota after getting all possible drops. Now I'm doing normal mode just to get my shotgun. Give me Trials of Osiris now and maybe I can wait until the second half of March.

I hope that some of the things change, especially the release date, however it would mean Bungie has a lot in store. BTW I don't really think the Vanguard would be selling bloodied up armor.

Also, when they release just 1 new raid it gets old after you have ran it for a few weeks on each difficulty. Why not release a few new raids at once, that way we don't get sick of the only new one super quick? Same thing goes with the strikes and story. More content desperately needs releases with each DLC. Most of the people I run with have been bored of the recent DLC for over 2 weeks. There just isn't enough coming out each time to not keep from getting burned out.
