Whoa! Look at all that pretty armor! What could it all mean?
I know that rampant speculation will burn for a while on this topic. As you enjoy a conversation about the pearls of information that can be lifted from this, please bear a few things in mind...
1. Aside from giving it a name, Bungie has yet to reveal the House of Wolves. That means that anything you know about it can change. We have a team working on the experience in their own fancy room, and they have some exciting surprises up their sleeves.
2. We reserve the right to overwrite anything you're looking at right now. These placeholder items enable us to save room on your drive for actual future updates. You'll all download them before it's time to play.
3. Any stats or assumptions about power or impact or handsomeness are months old, and do not reflect the things that we're doing to adapt to what you've taught us about Destiny. There is a process here, and you're a part of it.
Leaks are fun. I totally get it. Please discuss to your heart's content. All we ask is that you leave your mind open to the evolutions that are inevitable. What you see here are very old ghosts from our pre-launch database. These are not necessarily the wolves you're looking for.

This is just getting sad. Not because of DeeJ of Bungie or Activision. It's all of you people, hating on the game and hating on DeeJ... Its not disc-locked content, it's placeholders for implimenting their content easier when it comes time. DeeJ isn't trying to lie to you guys here, he is making sure that all of you people who feel that you're entitled to something dont get all pissed when the DLC comes out and this "leaked gear" is no longer there. They are changing a lot and constantly re-vamping things to try in some way to appease the whiners (many of you), but it seems like a lot of you will never be pleased. Well, seeing as how, in the "Dark below" leak, everything that was leaked was in the final game and nothing changed. so im gonna go out on a limb here and say that everything we see in this leak will make it to the final DLC. this is just a corporate response in an attempt to save your sorry behinds. everything you said is irrelevant. because everything in this leak will be in HOW and you know it. ~Osiris out~

Same thing happened before the dark below.. and as it turns out, all the stuff "leaked" was final content. The actual download was less than 200mb, indicating that most of the content was already on the disk and very little at all was actually added. We will know by the size of the House of Wolves Download files.

A Japanese kid hacked the Disc-Locked-Content on your disc. And you are denying it. Sounds about right. This leak ain't fun in the least. It shows that us customers are being exploited. Your "placeholder items", are in fact the real deal. You're just mad somebody cracked your code. "Reserve the right to overwrite anything". So basically, rewrite everything, before it's released, so your lie ain't exposed. I know you'll just ignore what i say, like all the other people replying to you. Because you don't care about your d@mn community.

You are actually losing players because of lack of content and literally no story, your idea of an RPG is horrific at best. Sad part is 2 million players could quit today but as long as 200,000-500,000 keep on playing you made your goal right? Stop going for scum low bar antics like Activision, grow a pair finally. And if you give something to us don't give us a dumb ass rifle as a gift.
