Bad Neighbor
So, my neighbor is a lying asshole who wrote a letter to my HOA telling them my 13 year old Black Lab barks at night, keeping him awake.
I have an 11 month old. That dog hasn't barked at night, ever...let alone in the past 11 months. My neighbor moved in 4 months ago.
Do I sue him for libel or what?

Throw dog shit over the fence and claim you have no idea where it came from

If you do anything to retaliate, make sure it's subtle and can't come back to you. Just remember, you still have to live next to this person. You might not like your neighbor, but you still have to tolerate them.
