Simple mistake/fix for the end game 'disater'

So everyone is pretty riled up about the D2 end-game. We are turning on eachother and saying all kinds of nutty stuff about the game, about the companies behind it and about eachother. Point being is, there is a dumb easy way to fix this crap. 1. The real answer and the main point that matters: Make a 'Prestige' cap- and make it 310. When I say make a Prestige cap I mean make it you can ONLY get 305+ level gear from the Prestige content PERIOD (meaning no clan rewards dropping at 305+, no exotics from Patrol, Crucible or strike playlists ect). Let me say again, soft lvl cap is 305 keep the game the same as it is to hit 305, but to get 305+ drops you MUST complete Prestige NightFalls, Prestige Raids and getting the 7 wins on trials. That is basically it- let everyone hit the soft light cap from doing whatever they want at their own leisure, but give those with time and whatnot a reason to push on and challenge themselves. IMO the 'out-of-raid' level cap should have been 295, but what is done is done and you can hit 305 by sittin around in patrol and getting exotics from PE so gosh dang it's too late for that you numbskulls. I hit 305 after doing like, maybe 3 raids and just lots of weekly shit. If I didn't like Raiding I wouldn't have to do it at all to hit lvl cap, and MAYBE that was the point- but you cannot have a game go 3 years where the precedent is "wanna hit lvl cap? gotta do Raids and Trials" and just make those things essentially a non-factor. Seriously, if anything raiding is now just a way to hit lvl cap faster, and thus being done with the game sooner. 2. The 'dreaded grind': I will admit it, I HATED trying to do crucible and stuff for that ''God-Roll" Grasp of Malok or whatever gun in D1. But I did find great joy in doing raids and general activities again and again for perfect stat rolls on my armor. As an idea grinding for such a small thing as minor character build enhancements sounds dreadful, but if it's technically improves your character, it is a valid reason to continue doing end game stuff. Now there were weapons/armor I didn't care to perfect, and I never felt bothered by not going out of my way to acquire perfect versions of things I didn't want in the 1st place. So I don't imagine alot of ppl would be bummed out if you gave at least end-game gear the option of dropping with different stat rolls or whatever, and I wouldn't be mad if all gear went back to having semi-random rolls of perks ect. I have seen crucible players dismayed to not have anything to grind for outside of PVE as well. (Also for the love of god give raid armor perks that are specifically helpful in the dang raid). I could say a billion more things on this topic but that is really all that I think that super mega matters. Also the upcoming DLCs better have their own Raids and maybe another Prison of Elders type Arena challenge/event. I didn't hate HoW in D1, but just saying- don't just not make new raids, you crazy bastards. (Also for the love of cartography update the maps to show where your fireteam members are during patrol, jesus.)
