1. Killing the Phased enemies more important than throwing the batteries at the forge. Radiant batteries only provide an additional second to the timer; Phased Psions/Legionaries provide a five-second bonus for every one killed, while Phased Gladiators/Colossi provide a ten-second bonus to the timer.
2. Coinciding with the first point, Radiant Batteries last a long time before they disappear. Recommend having two fire team members killing Phased enemies while the third clear regular adds and deposits Radiant batteries, with the other two members pitching in Radiant Batteries whenever able.
3. Kill the Legionary and Psions individually to take full advantage of the five seconds they give, but team-up to kill the Gladiators and Colossi. The quicker the intervals between killing Phased enemies the better for your time.
4. Wherever able, save up Power Ammo and damage-dealing Supers for Forge Master. For now, with power levels lower than 630, he absorbs damage like a sponge so you need every damage point you can get.
5. Aim for the drones orbiting the Forge Master. The drones shield the Forge boss, but they shouldn't take long to kill. I imagine a well-coordinated fireteam (or one aware of their significance) could clear all four drones in five seconds at a minimum the instant they respawn.
Answer in the poll if this advice helps.

For those lucky enough to have the 1000 voices, shooting the forge master directly will blow off all the drones. It’s a very quick way to get the shield down.

For both forges, what level should I be before deciding to solo matchmake?
-
Useful information still not beat forge yet I am level 604

Yes it did help thanks, even though I have cleared it using the matchmaking I didn’t realise the enemies dropped different charges.

I think I'm just gonna give it another week or so, then jump back in.

The tricks and tactics are very self explanatory. That’s not the issue really. Also I don’t know if your strat is wholly sound. Every time my group tries to kill the swordsman/centurions it takes too long. I’ve found it more effective to ignore them and dodge their attacks while only killing the small enemies.

This was very helpful!
