How do you reset Valor rank? Not available at Shaxx
Hit Valor limit of 2000, went to Shaxx, picked up available engram from 2nd row of items. But I don't see the ability to reset Valor rank.
"Reputation Ranks complete. Reset now available at lord Shaxx. Claim your reward to reset your rank and start journey anew."
Did that mean I needed to claim top row engram from Shaxx to reset Valor?

1 RespuestaEverything that Shaxx offers up to and including the ascendant shards need to be redeemed to reset your Valor. Make sure you have room to collect the items, otherwise they will be grayed out. Hovering over them will show a no space message for those items you have unlocked but can't collect due to having too many.
