locked out of xbox account so i cant cross save with my PS and pc account
I am currently locked out of my xbox account which i haven't used in years, i dont even think i played D2 on xbox only just PS4/Battle net(when it was on there). i havent played D2 for awhile and was looking to get back in but i cant enable cross save because my xbox account is still linked (I still have access to my PSN/Steam). What steps can i take now?

Allo there, You can either try and recover the account with the aid of Microsoft support or create a dummy account that isn't linked, link it and then remove your accessible accounts and link them to a new Bungie account. However this will make you lose access to any emblems you've paid for.

Talk to Microsoft to regain access to that account. The authentication system is there as a security feature and as such Bungie will not bypass it for any reason.
