I was playing a 1v1 with a clan mate in a private pvp match when I discovered my Ignition code GL with blinding grenades on, was not blinding properly. We soon realized that I had left Breach and Clear on, and when I removed it, the grenade launcher began behaving normally. It's a really niche and weird interaction that we found and I don't know if this also applies to enemy AI. But breach and clear causes blinding grenades to not properly blind opponents in PvP.
