The Astral focusing upgrade says that "Your first Techeun rescue each week drops an additional Tier 3 Focused Umbral Engram." After unlocking the upgrade last week I tried running on each of my characters to get the reward, but none of them received a focused engram or any reward that would come from a T3 engram. I waited until the following week to test it again, to see if maybe it was only applied for the weeks after unlocking the upgrade, but as before, no T3 engrams or focused engram contents are dropping.
