Tracing the Stars bugged again. I can't acquire the third part of Tracing the Stars quest and there are no Atlas Skews in Dreaming City!

In week one and week two of SotL I have been completing the first two parts of Tracing the Stars quest, the one which in following weeks will award the Ager's Scepter.
However in week three, I didn't receive this quest, I can't talk to Mara Sov, and I can't find the Atlas Skews in the Dreaming City. The quest isn't present in the Quest Archive neither. I am afraid that I won't be able to get this gun because of the bug. Can I do something about it, or can You Bungie do something about it? I know You were aware of many bugs with this quest and fixed some of them, but the quest still isn't fully fixed and it is very distressing.
Please help.

3 RespuestasThis may not be the solution, but did you perhaps mistakenly overlook it in the compass vendor near the teleporter to Mara Sov’s room in the HELM? That’s where you must pick up the quest every week. Additionally, are you doing this quest on the same character every time?
