I'm not a PvP guy by any means. My stats, I'm sure, are terrible. That said, Rift is just chaos and fun. Everyone's scrambling for the Spark and sh*t's just blowing up. Most of the time, I really don't care if I get offed during a game but I still have my moments of frustration. Deal with it. Point is, it's much easier to level up and unlock lots and lots of gear to play with. I got every armor piece for my Titan as the friggin' class item finally dropped today. That did get annoying. I've never played this much Banner since D1. I'm almost to Legend rank on both Banner and Crucible. I've only ever reset Crucible once in all of D2. It's chaos. It's fun. It can be real exciting as you make those clutch plays to slam the Spark right before you die; something I've done several times, now. It's rewarding. It's easier to level. I'm still never going to grind for the perfect set of stats on my armor or rolls on my weapons because I don't care. I just want to have fun and play with new things. Ya know, kinda like a video game? Anyways, I hope Banner becomes nothing but standard Clash, Rift and Mayhem. Screw Control. It's boring. Give me chaos and fun any day. And, yes, this is the first positive thing I've said about D2 in a very long time. Thank you for noticing.
