Gyrfalcon's second perk does not function if you already have an overshield up
Reserve overshield and the increased class ability regen does not proc if you have a void overshield from any source. Meaning if you're using a repulsor brace weapon you will NEVER see that buff, in fact it will go away if you get an overshield. I do not want to hate my titan brothers that are simply trying to protect me for ruining my gameplay loop.
Please please please fix this.
