Some two weeks ago, as well as yesterday, I posted a bug report about this, marked as resolved in the bug fixes from Oct. 22nd, but I was still having this bug for my warlock... Until just a couple of minutes ago! I found a temporary fix that seemed to have done the trick for me, and hopefully, this update will help other players and Bungie to investigate the cause of the issue. I'll leave the entire bug description at the end of the post if you want a more detailed description of the bug, but in summary: After my tonics quest went to the postmaster, I was unable to progress it, being unable to gather ingredients from the shelf and the pillar where you imbue tonics didn't have an interact button, so I was blocked from progressing. However, I found out through testing, that if you craft tonics with another character, grab the ingredients from the shelf and go through the whole process of making tonics and drinking them and THEN switch back to the bugged character, you will actually be able to get the ingredients and progress the quest! It seems that your other characters that aren't bugged making tonics will be able to force your bugged character to 'progress' the quest and will even say that the quest has progressed on your non-bugged character even if this one already has finished it (but it actually won't progress it on this character, at it's not possible!) But, this seems to force the bugged character to work! Hopefully, this helps anyone still with the bug and helps Bungie to reproduce this error and find the root cause of the issue. Below is the original text, describing the issue: "One of my characters is unable to progress past step 2 of the seasonal quest Eliksni Rescue, where I need to create a tonic using the equipment in the Tonic Laboratory due to the interaction prompt not appearing at all. Additionally, the Tonic Brewing Guide quest also can not progress past step 1, where I must collect the necessary reagent from the nearby shelves. In this case, the prompt to collect said ingredients does appear, but nothing happens once the circular bar fills up. In spite of one of these quests appearing in my bostmaster, claiming them seemed to precede the bugs above, blocking me from progressing. Furthermore, this bug only seems to only affect one of my characters (warlock), whereas the other two seem to be working as expected. However, before claiming the quest from my postmaster, I was able to craft the tonics in my warlock and somehow progress the quest."
