Nearly all games, incl many eSports titles, treat visual CC like an Accessibility issue. How could designers ignore this?

Perhaps on the 400° widescreen monitor you have at dad's house it's a non-issue, but even after years of play, the flashbang confetti in Destiny 2 still gets under my skin almost every session. It's cringey to say, but I think it contributes to an agitated/irritable vibe sometimes, well within a period shorter than expected. Ironically I think it's less of an issue in Crucible because the incoming flak isn't nearly as continuous as in endgame PVE. I'm sure the various visual-CC elements are used as a difficulty vector, but I also don't care. I think this could be a reasonable change to improve enjoyment and stamina -- they sure are effective changes that make other games more pleasant. Thanks for reading
