Solar Proc for Foetracer Exotic Helm & Class Item not working
Just noticed as of this recent update for 11/19/2024 the Solar Surge Proc is not activating when applied. Used both Foetracer Exotic and Class Item to replicate instances. Other Elemental surges proc but not Solar.
Tested in PvE & PvP
My only assumption is it might be related to the recent Scorch / Ignition bug
damage initiates but is not reactive with "Scorch" being procc'ed
Tested on Xbox Series X

Bungie are aware, it's been a problem for a while now. It also happens with other exotics like Mantle of Battle Harmony.
