Icebreaker not droping?!
I have been doing vesper host every week on all three characters every week since it dropped for a total of 28 runs, i have witnessed three people have it drop, all my friends have sub 20 runs and have Ice breaker. I understand its rng based but come on.. My rogue network quest is bugged. i talked to spider on step 5 and it disappeared on all of my characters, I can't pick it up from spider nor the quest kiosk. Is the quest bugged the reason I don't have Ice breaker? Am I just unlucky? Will they ever fix the quest? Please, I need answers

It's very frustrating when the only way to increase the drop rate is to find the collectibles, relatively easy, then to solo flawless the dungeon, which I'm not good enough to do.

1 RespuestaThe quest being bugged shouldn’t stop it from dropping, it’ll stop you from getting the catalyst though.
