I was on xbox and had literally every dlc and dungeon key in the game, I get on pc and am even playing through the xbox app on pc and none of the stuff I paid for is there except for a couple dungeon keys, EVERY dlc isn't there. The only two things I didn't own was the annual pass for final shape and whatever was on the other page on the right. I could also get a picture of proof from my xbox on owning all of them but I'm not sure if I'll even get a response on this so I will wait till I need to for a bit of less work at the moment.
