Tithing Wormspawn missing
I have checked all 5 nether locations for each of the 10 wormspawn multiple times. Both the triumph and exotic catalyst quest saying I am missing 2 of the 10. However, all 10 locations of the worms do not have one there. I believe that this is an issue where I have all, but the quest and triumph are not updating. This means I am now locked out of getting the catalyst...
