There is a large portion of people in the community that stockpile rare currency's between three characters, via shared vault space.
I think this is unfair to other players. Casual players specifically. Those of us that have a hard time putting together a team for weekly and raids.
I've actually had people drop from my fire team invite because they said that they had just farmed all the strange for the week with all three of their "toons." WoW!!!
Also if its such a horrible problem for people to farm materiIals for crucible points, then let's adress this double standard bungie.

You're going to have to explain the double standard here. And your reasoning behind bringing up this topic again. I want to be convinced of how this will be beneficial to my Destiny experience, assuming for argument's sake, that I'm a casual player, since your OP implied that this is in favor of casual Destiny players and closing the gap between the Destiny casuals and hardcore. Perhaps you expect xûr to begin selling every item for 1-4 strange coins as compensation for our lost ability to accumulate them right? Or maybe where the weekly heroic activity gives many more coins than now, at the cost of not being able to share them (which is what you seem to want judging by the topic and poll). I didn't see that side of your reasoning; the side where you explain the part of this major change that makes it bearable, reasonable, dissolves the backlash, or makes it otherwise acceptable in whole or in large part, to both you AND I, the Destiny community. The reason we can continue playing even though Bungie just altered a major system of the game (xûr) that actually makes it more fair for all players than your idea might. And I speak as objectively as possible here. I will admit to bias because I myself depends on xûr as well. As I'm sure you would if you didn't have any trouble accumulating coins. But nevermind that, let's not even start an argument there. But please, in all seriousness and with all respect, explain to me how you will make it work and exactly how it benefits us more than inhibits us.

When nearing 200 strange coins it became a waste of time moving them back and forth in the vault. It's easier to just leave them on each separate character. After buying exotic shards one character has less than 90 and the other two characters with 20-something each. If Bungie was to ever prevent transferring coins to the vault it would be nice if they didn't take up any space like glimmer or marks.
-
Even as a casual player you could have two characters leveled doing weeklies. I have all 3 now and I'm a casual player.
-
Ah yeah , if Bungie see your ''topic'' I don't think that they will fix it , you wonder why ? 92% Not Agreeing with ya 8% Does Hmmmm, I don't think that bungie will fix it by the fact that people want the sustem like that , so sorry kid but ... You lose :) have a great day -JustSlush

Editado por Curious Finger: 12/11/2014 12:22:30 AMThis post is so funny. I have been laughing since I wrote it. But the funny thing is, is that eventually bungie is going to take away your ability to share currency's with three toons. It's going to happen. With every update the game gets harder and more f Ed up. And you all know it. Plus I just tipped them off to it. Bye.

Good job feeding the troll -.-

Editado por AlTrio: 12/11/2014 12:06:03 AMPeople who stockpile coins and whatnot with three characters also need to purchase three times as much to keep all those characters up to date, so no. I never do heroic + nightfall strikes, but I don't have any particular problem with strange coins, my problem is more never having anything good to spend them on. If finding a team is your problem, you should suggest matchmaking for the weekly activities instead, which is something I can definitely support.

-blam!-ing casuals, always wanting things handed to them on a silver platter because they don't have the time.
-
I'm not sure if u realise but this veiw is incredibly selfish...I don't ask that u play the way I do or hold u back...get over it and play for fun...just think this game will last longer for u....please don't be selfish
-
No way, you're complaining that people who play more have better gear, I'm a casual so to speak and I have three different class characters but I love to transfer gear so I can buy this and that. Also I don't wanna have to buy a vanguard weapon three times so all my characters can use it
-
So your saying just cause people can get stuff done faster than you or have more they should be penilized and stuck at the speed your at? Lol hell no I have to go to work and daily issues and I got a 30 warlock 25 hunter and a 6 titan. Bascily all this post is about is people don't play my way so its wrong.

Do you even hear yourself? This is so laughable. Hence the all caps laugh. HAHAHAHA

It's can't be unfair to other players if everyone can do it.

Reported for abuse of forum space...

You are totally right. It's not fair that me, as a casual part time worker doesn't earn as much money a a full time worker! Why should they make more money just for working more? Obama should definitely reduce the total number of hours you can work so no one makes more money than me.
-
Editado por Kage Goomba: 12/10/2014 11:49:47 PMIt's rather easy to get the coins you know...I play about an hour a day and always can get at least one goodie from ol xur by the time the weeks done. You can't trade items...so who gives a crap about people hoarding? I mean seriously? This is just a glorified jealousy spat. Play the game man...stop whining. Hell I'll even buddy up and help out...better than you posting here.
-
So in other words you want bungie to mainly revolve around you with this based on that comment? I have 3 toon which i worked my ass off to get to 29 and soon 30 how is it unfair? Sure its not easy getting a grp together but i still try even if i cant find one till few hrs before reset but i still try.
-
Nah if other people put in the time to do something you are also capable of I do not see why it should be taken. I think too many game changing changes have already been implemented, if you want more strange coins you clearly know how to farm them. But ultimately let's leave shit alone and stop ruining things for those who enjoy the game.
-
Dude. People like you trash this game. Its a grinding game get over it. If you play casual, expect the results to be the same. In any other format you would look beyond stupid. I only want to play 3 hours football 3 hours a week, its unfair people put in more time and are better than me. Lazy, no child left behind gamers.
-
Get your curious finger outta your A** and stop worrying about what's in other people vaults.I can't believe this is a real topic-_-
-
Casuals Boo hoo this whole game is built for casuals just the people that took an extra couple hours to start a second or third character use the systems in place to get a head.
-
Ill take your strange coins
