edit: I've created a new thread that shows up in the group forum, but I can still see if you post here
Coalition of Osiris Clan Summary:
Basically, the clan is based around a private recruitment thread for the Trials of Osiris.
The clan has PVP-related entry requirements, so you can be certain that anyone posting in the recruitment thread is decent in the Crucible.
This should mean that it's faster and easier to find decent PVPers than just going to the recruitment forums.
Entry Requirements:
1. Have at least one character at Level 30+
2. Have reached Level 5 in Iron Banner at least once (equip Goldspiral Shader when applying)
3. Have at least 10 'Strength of the Wolf' Crucible medals
OR
4. Have Skirmish Mode K/D of 1.5+ (will be updated to Trials of Osiris K/D after first event)
OR
5. Have at least 1 'Mark of the Unbroken' medal
Don't forget to upvote this post so that more people join.
Explanation (not important):
I'm sure everyone will agree that when looking for a Crucible fireteam in the Recruitment forum, it is hard and time-consuming to make sure that the people that you play with are decent players, before you actually have to join them.
So chances are that when looking for a fireteam to do the Trials of Osiris with tomorrow, you're going to get a lot of crappy PvPers all posting in the Recruitment forum trying to get in on the action.
Given the fact that 3 lost Trials of Osiris matches means that you have to earn back all your wins for the weekend, I think we can all agree that it's going to be fairly important to make sure that the people who we play with can hold their own in the Crucible
.
This is why I created the Coalition of Osiris clan, so that when you need guys for your fireteam, you have a place that you can go to recruit where you can be sure that everyone already has a certain amount of skill.
The entry requirements, listed above, shouldn't be overly difficult to achieve, but should be enough to ensure that all members are all relatively capable in PvP.
(edit:)
***Just ask me to take a look at your profile, I can see all your stats/medals by clicking on it, so there's no need to post them.
It's not a problem if you do post them, I'm just saying this so that I don't waste your time by making you type it all out.***
Unfortunately, it's just me in the group right now, but hopefully the members will build up with time. I'm expecting applications to increase when people scramble to find fireteams tomorrow.
I'm basically just using the group to create a private recruitment forum anyway, so you don't even have to be in the PSN clan to benefit, you only have to be in the group.
Generally, the more people are in the group, the bigger the pool of players to choose from in the recruitment forum, and therefore the better the group, so spread the word.
