Should Score be hilighted (in Activity Rewards screen) over K/D Ratio in Team Based Objective PvP such as Rift?

I'd really like to hear the community's thoughts on showing score versus K/D for the first page of the "after action report" in Rift, or perhaps other team based objective, game modes. What would be the potential negatives of such a change? Do those outweigh the potential negatives. I"m not suggesting change to all. I'm asking for thoughts related to highlighting score over K/D ratio in objective based game-play. For those with high K/D or the most kills, they should still be able to do the most good for the team and be highlighted with the best scores. It's just going to be more obvious if they aren't playing the objective and turning Rift, or another game mode, into TDM. Also, TDM would still exists and in that mode K/D is the most important thing and is highlighted, as it should be. For me, I like the idea of highlighting score versus K/D for Team Based Objective PvP such as Rift. I think it puts the focus in the right place. I think that place is the players impact on team performance. Score, is a better indicator to impact on team performance than K/D is. K/D is a factor for sure, but in Rift and other game modes it's not the best metric for measuring player impact on team permanence. Perhaps this type of change should come with some more aggressive scoring changes to promote objective play. For example, there are buffs to your score in Rift for picking up the spark or killing a spark killer, perhaps these should be extended to players near the spark... Changing the screen may help change the focus of players and help them to play more as a team. I'd love to see a system that gave out point for standing near the heavy ammo, but not taking it. It would be cool if the longer you stood near the heavy without pulling it (while it's available) the more point you'd acquire. That might help players focus on more team based play, while still rewarding them individually, and highlighting this contribution in a activity rewards screen focused on score rather than K/D. Basically, I think there are a lot of opportunities for Bungie to improve objective based PvP game play and a good start would be focusing on metrics that impact team performance, more than K/D ratio, in the activity rewards screen and through some points system tweaks.
