That part is quite obvious. It made sense that in order to get founder gift you got to found year 2. This is like welcome to year 2 guardian. I do have to agree they should of let you have old content that youve purchased but then again this isnt a mmo type game. Same goes with pvp. You should only have access to year 1 pvp maps. To play the new stuff you need ttk. Just like how mmo do it. Wow is a good example. You only have access to content youve purchased. So if youve only have the mist of Pandora the you can only play content from that expansion and down to vanilla , not the newly added expansion.

Its just $40 bucks, who cares.

Thing is, the amount of fun I have had for my £80 in year 1 is unbelievable, it would take 10 'normal' games to give me a fraction of what Destiny has given me. The fact I have re-connected with old clan mates because of destiny alone is worth the money. I bought the CE and I am happy with it TTK, I'm not trying to defend my purchase, just pointing out that beauty is in the eye of the beholder etc, it's worth it to me and has in fact saved me a small fortune in games over the last year.

I brought ttk. I feel totally mugged off,but it's my fault. I am a grown man who has been mugged off by a bunch of American nerds. What a plonker I am. Reskins,story in a few hours,ranked up in few hours....etc etc. Well done nerds. But I am -blam!-ed off with this shit attitude....

Yep, they've completely locked us out of everything that's worth doing. I for one will not pay £40 to unlock stuff I already paid for. Quit last night and feel quite liberated :) Was a fun year ppl, thank you for the memories

I totally agree with you people who didn't get Taken king were left to rot, you won't even be able to buy gear from Vanguard and dead orbit or even any of the factions because it requires taken king to get legendary marks and level 40

I didn't buy ttk because I just didn't want to do anyof destiny's PvE anymore But guess I'll have to quit destiny since they locked the -blam!-ING regular game modes for me Why would you lock regular game modes Those aren't lvl centric
