The year 2 version of starfire protocol when inspected individually in game on my character says that it increases heavy drops or special drops depending what one you choose. But if you hover over it in the character screen without inspecting it changes to increased ammo capacity instead of drops. And it does the second. It increases your ammo capacity instead of increasing drops. Any one else notice this or happen to them. Not actually sure what perk its supposed to be??? you can inspect my warlock and see for yourself.
