  • I admit, I was addicted to destiny. But now I appreciate it for its variety. It's still the best social experience. RNG and the economy of Destiny, while far from perfect do a great job of offering incentives to replay with friends. No ones going to grind out BO3 campaign over and over, and zombies has far less variety for PvE. And I've been played every CoD. I'm tired of the same core multiplayer gameplay despite whatever small, safe additions/tweaks they add. It's better than AW, but still doesn't keep me interested. FO4 is awesome in so many ways, but totally lacks any social aspect. So it's easy to set aside when friends are on to play with. SW:BF is a gorgeous example of next gen capabilities, but the leveling system is an excruciating grind with only four maps to play and no variety. I can't play more than three matches before the repetition drives me to play something else. So yeah, variety and social aspects make destiny great at what it is. And it's not a sin to take a break and play something else for a bit.
