So I've been playing a lot of void walker recently and have been repeatedly pissed off by the fact that Nightstalkers who are being chased by an Axion Bolt only need to shadestep one time in order to completely lose aggro.
It's already a super powerful ability, can we at least make it so that it does not hard counter a main component of another class?
Edit 1: fully aware you are able to slide under the nades too, but that requires area to sprint for a little as well as area to slide, take minor damage, and still remain untouched by the person who threw the axion in the first place.
I'm just sick of axion bolting Nightstalkers and having them completely negate the effect at no risk. I can usually kill someone if they try and slide into it at he wrong time.

I honestly never expect the made to do damage, I chuck it, get them scared, swoop in and kill them
-
Switch to nothing manacles and scatter
-
Oh look.... another whiny warlock post.....
just kidding! I would be pissed off as well.
-
Yeah I think that's pretty unfair and I've played a decent amount of nightstalker
-
They can't dodge my sticks :) But seriously that's pretty messed up lol, only a small part of the list of broken things after 2.1. My chaperone doesn't get half it's buff after patch.

Switch to nothing manacles and scatter

"I am whining that a class can counter a grenade that seeks and homes."
-
Axion bolts need work on them anyways....axion bolt with voidfang vestments are game changers in trials
-
i didnt know this. thanks. i -blam!-ing hate those grenade because they chase me forever. FOREVER!

Editado por Deathignis: 12/22/2015 6:25:09 AMI main warlock, and I like axion bolts. I think it's good other classes can counter. It adds more in depth game play.
-
I don't see how this is a problem. I use shade step all the time and this is arguably the only good thing about it. What other powerful advantage do you get from it? There is no invincibility frame or other perk that would enhance it.
-
Omg yaassss one of the big ones speaking up about fùcking shadestep, it's -blam!-ing ridiculous. Like you mentioned, it can be a point in trials. So stupid it needs to be fixed, you deserve to run halfway around the map like everyone else. Ahhhh so frustrating
-
I hate the fact axion bolts follow me across a whole map and kill me
-
main component of another class
All your credibility is gone.
-
It's already a super powerful ability
I disagree with this statement - it's a situational move, very little power to it. Now the axiom bolt has a perk for extended tracking and an exotic for an extra bolt, making it easily the most powerful non-sticking attack grenade out there. I'm okay with one perk to counter it.
-
LMFAO so we find a way to use it in PvP against the almighty axion bolt and yall start trippin..
-
Ha-ha! Axion bolts are stupid!

Editado por An Oracle: 12/22/2015 4:32:15 AMTldr: bitch bitch, whine whine. Insult anyone who disagrees with me.
2/10 bait
-
Sorry that you have to use a grenade that tracks people for miles to get a kill. And sorry that hunters can play the game how they want to survive. Sorry
Sorry
-
You can also shoot the axion bolts out of the air.
-
I didn't know this worked, but I will now use this strategy to dodge that grenade. Thanks!
-
Axion bolt sucks man, only makes your opponent run away. Use the one shot kill scatter grenade. Actually, use 2! Nothing -blam!-ing manacles
-
Can you blink to avoid fusion grenades? Someone told me this in TDB but not sure if it's true
-
Thanks for the tip I'll try it out next time I'm being chased
-
I'm so sorry fellow guardians, one of our Warlock experiments some how made it to the forums, won't happen again. Please continue on with your usual business
-
I didn't know about that shadestep thing. But damn, nothing clears a room quite as fast as axion bolts. Lol in terms of grenades, anyway.
