Omnigul and flayers
So, almost every boss in the game can drop exotic engrams when you use a three of coins right? Why don't exotics ever drop from Omnigul or the Psion Flayers? Do they not count as bosses?

They are existing character models with slight tweaks. the system registers them as wizard and Psion variants rather than ultras

They have never counted as ultras for whatever reason.
