I, like many of you have lost silver and are still waiting for the "investigation" that Bungie is "supposedly" performing regarding our issues with Eververse and Silver. I am sure that many of you have been waiting quite some time without a response. So with that in mind, enter the *UNOFFICIAL* Lost Silver Census. The purpose of this thread is to populate a census of those affected by unreceived Silver from both Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.
However, before you include yourself in the census, please be sure you have performed the recommendations from Bungie's Missing Silver Troubleshooting Guide:

Troubleshooting Issues with Purchased Silver
Players that encounter issues when attempting to purchase Silver on their account should try the following troubleshooting steps.
Wait up to 30 Seconds: Allow for up to 30 seconds to pass to see if the Silver amount is added to the account.
Re-launch Destiny: If the Silver is not added to the account after the time has passed, log out of Destiny and then log back into any character. A successful Silver purchase should present players with a notification upon logging back into a character. If the notification does not appear, check the current Silver balance from the Character Inventory screen.
Sign Out of Console Account: If the Silver balance does not reflect the purchased Silver amount, please close Destiny and completely log out of PSN or Xbox account. It may also be advisable to clear the console cache. After logging back into Destiny, please check for a notification of a successful Silver purchase or check the Silver balance in the Character Inventory screen.
Check for Successful Transaction: If the Silver balance still does not reflect the purchased Silver amount, please ensure that the transaction shows as successfully completed according to the PSN Store or Xbox Marketplace.
Contact Platform Support: If the purchase shows as successful, please contact PlayStation Support or Xbox Support to investigate potential issues with the transaction.

I wonder if Bungie monitors the activity on this Thread? I wonder if they laugh at each and every person who thinks they will ever get a refund? I wonder if Bungie actually cares about its players anymore? I wonder if Bungie will ever refund all of the silver that their bug caused to go missing... or if they are just laughing at all the money they made? I wonder if the fans will buy Destiny 2 knowing that Bungie allowed this issue to proceed without even trying to fix it?

Hey guys, I have a bit of news that may help some of you out. For whatever reason, my license had gotten messed up on my copy of destiny. I was already planning on switching to a digital copy license, so once I repurchased the collection, I decided to try one more attempt at silver. Luckily it worked. I didn't get my previous attempts to go through, but after the holidays I'm going to contact Microsoft again for a refund. I know this isn't a true fix, and it doesn't address bungie lack of communication, but maybe some of you could get help through your consoles store to find out if that may be the problem. I spent $20 dollars, got a refund from PSN then waited a day and tried again. Didn't get a refund for that $20. Did all the stuff. Still no answer and no Silver.

When I didn't get my 10$ pack, I contacted Sony for a refund. When I got said refund, I attempted to make the purchase again and it didn't go through. Sony was kind enough, and prompt enough to give me a second refund, which I promptly wasted (only half this time) trying to buy more silver (I thought just the 10$ packs were broken). I am now convinced bungie just doesn't want me to have silver and am too scarred to ever purchase anything from eververae again. I thought the auto-reply email meant they were doing something about it but it's been almost a week with no word from Bungo. No open lines to communicate either.
