So i have found that if you are in a clan large or small it creates a large stutter and drop in fps until you restart, i have had the problem since day 1, i have since come across leaving the clan has completely fixes the problem or at least in my case it has, although its not ideal at least we can enjoy the game until they fix it properly, please report here if you find no difference after leaving and or if it works for you, best of luck to everyone hope this helps!
