recovery problem in destiny 2
hey there!
i dont know if this is a bug or a new update i just never heard of but i recently noticed when playing that i recover health Extremely Slowly. it takes way way way longer than normal for my characters to recover than it used to and i usually have to pick up a recovery light (?) in order to actually get any health back.

The next time you have collect Renown, open your character menu and look at the Renown (de)buff.
