Region Chests & Latent Memories are best found w/o a Guide
I'd like to encourage people to find these on their own without using a guide. I've found it more enjoyable and rewarding doing it this way. It really forces you to explore and appreciate the open World more IMO.
So far I've found 50/68 Regional chests and 35/45 Latent Memories on my own. I'll keep exploring on my own until the last week of MoT before turning to a guide if needed.

I found all by myself. (And by people being somewhere i did not know you could go.) Except the nessus one in the underground location.(had to look that one up on youtube)
