I can't help but notice you went through all the damage altering abilities, even noting that One Eyed Mask was an exception to the new stacking rules because of it's low buff, but managed to forget the exotic with a buff even smaller. Foetracer! I'm not even really sure if it's a buff or debuff. I always believed it to be a debuff but you said debuffs never ever stacked and Foetracer definitely does stack with debuffs. Anyway, please clarify where Foetracer lies in this new sandbox. #FoetracerLivesMatter
