cannot present awoken talisman
I went through the shattered throne today with my room mates. They were both able to present their talisman to continue the wish ender quest line, but it wouldn't let me.
I tried leaving the fire team and resetting the game, but I can't give it to her.

I also had this bug I think it was caused by completing the ??? quest in the gulch on the tangled shore before presenting the talisman. If you haven’t completed the ??? quest go do that and continue the wish-ender quest by charging the coins earned from the ??? mission even if the actual quest hasn’t progressed and present the charged coins to the person holding the bow and finally get the wish-ender. Hopefully this helped even though you posted this a long time ago :)
