Is Horizon Zero Dawn as generic as Ubisoft's open world games?
I'm thinking of buying it, but from the gameplay trailers I've watched it's looks more or less generic (explore, climb, kill mechanic dino, a bit of story, repeat).
Makes me worried it's as generic as Ubisoft's open world games (Far Cry, AC). Far Cry bores the shit out of me and the last AC game I played (Origins) bored me after only a few days.

Well yes is follows the same principles but it is done much better. The world and its characters are more intresting than any of Ubies ones.
