I was banned on November 3, 2019, this was bungie's thanks for pre-ordering the Moon's dlc. I wrote to Bungie using the form to contest the ban. I wrote a lot, sending tickets on tickets, to receive a 1 line response: Request refused. I play from Destiny 1, I spent about 900 hours of play on Destiny 2, and 450 on Destiny 1. Bungie did not even specify the reason for the ban, i am still writing, 2 weeks ago i opened another ticket, i am still waiting for an answer. I believe in justice, and if I really broke the rules I deserve the ban. As you can see I have the cross save active, I spent about 5/10 hours playing on a PC, I played a few games of pvp (where I barely reached a positive rate) and I went to the tower a couple of times. I used Obs to record a couple of pvp games, and that's all. I know that the forum is not the best way to ask for explanations, I hope to receive at least one reply to my ticket via email. If, however, response times have slowed down due to Covid-19 I'll understand.
P.S. I am not English, as you may have guessed from writing.
EDIT: I activated the history, thanks for letting me know. I just disabled it because I got carried in comp 1 year ago, so I didn't want people know it. Now I don't give a damn anymore, I just want to be unbanned.
