Vanishing items while transferring over Companion app
transferring weapons across characters from the vault, app freezes and closes in the middle of it and they vanished. not on the character I transferred it to, not in the vault anymore. just gone.

Hey man uninstall and reinstall the app it worked for me after awhile :)
