I have been a loyal player since day 1 of D1. I have had the same and only internet service that is available to me where I live for longer than the game has been out. I have tried to pay the companies to run lines for better internet and they refuse. In the 7 years of playing Destiny I have not once gotten a warning or restriction for any reason. Then last week I got a notification randomly one morning when I logged on that I have been restricted from "matchmaking" for two weeks because of my connection. I understand there may be an issue at times but let's be honest, Bungie's servers are crap on a good day. Bungie also continues to allow the real cheats to ruin this game everyday by not controlling them. I have for over a week now tried to contact Bungie through all social media platforms as well as their "appeal" form they provide to help right this wrong. I have also seen where I am not the only one with this issue and a lot of good Guardians have also been exiled. I am asking for someone, ANYONE from Bungie to look at this case to see that I am not a cheat. I am asking that someone, ANYONE from Bungie to take a look at their current and new lockdown/ restriction policy and figure out you are going to lose a bunch of paying customers. Customers who can come back for a refund since half of the gameplay is now restricted to us with a threat of longer or permanent restrictions. We are losing out on lots of things and gameplay with our friends/clan just because of our geographical location and inability to obtain better internet. In other words we are being punished for something we have no control over. Something that is not our fault. All we/I want to do is play this game we have enjoyed playing for the least 7 years! The game we have invested so much of our time into through all of YOUR ups and downs. Can someone please look into this and figure out the difference between someone cheating and someone trying their best? Atleast look at your appeals and start acting like you give a crap about the concerns of your loyal players! I have never had a problem with Destiny or any of the other games I play until now. I was actually offended when trying to click on Banner and it tells me to visit a cold impersonal website to "learn how to be a Guardian in good standing". I AM a Guardian in good standing, or atleast was for the last 7 years until last week when you all deemed me not for no reason!
