Splicer servitor multiple bounty completion reward is NOT pinnacle, it was a powerful
talked to splicer servitor after completing several bounties throughout the week, I think it was the 8 bounty rewards or whatever. Showed in the director that it was supposed to be a pinnacle. but my drop was 1310, so only a powerful. FYI my current power is 1311 from gear, so a pinnacle would be 1312 or 1313
