Howl of the storm quest issues
I started the quest but I couldn’t get some of the entropic shards to spawn. I stupidly thought that maybe abandoning and restarting the quest would fix it but now I can’t get the quest back. I really want the aspect what should I do?

Have you tried looking in the quest kiosk to see if it’s there? Usually first thing I do in that field.
