I have made a few attempts to contact the bungie store EU team through their customer service team but have had no success.
I placed an order for the VOG Raid Ring a few months back and has received an email last month in regards to the tracking. Since Wednesday 25th August, the shipment was expected but not arrived at PostNL. That had been the only update given to me and it has me concerned considering the final estimated delivery date was September 3rd.
I have sent numerous emails to try and get help but just feel as though I’m being ignored. I have no idea what to do now and feel I’m out of pocket for an item worth over £100
