glitched raid wall
we had one player go on ahead to remove the Gorgons from the maze bit in Vault of Glass. But this object trapped me, not sure how it happened.

Looks like this has caused the instances to not load properly. Only fix for this is to not to the glitch and to progress through the encounter the intended way.
