Unable to Unlock Piercing Sidearms Mod from Seasonal Artifact
When unlocking the Piercing Sidearms Mod in the Seasonal Artifact (Nightmare Harvester) there is a pop-up showing the mod being received. However it does not use an Artifact Unlock and the mod is not available in my Arms Mod list.
Exiting the artifact page and returning to it still shows the mod not unlocked. No issues unlocking other mods from the artifact.
