Wont Foetracer plus the new void fragment coming equal OG One Eyed Mask?
The fragment that grants overshield on kills. Oh and I know it won’t give a damage boost either unless you’re charged with light.

All classes can use the new fragment and the exotic has 1 main effect of tracking the target you are looking at and a damage boost when the target is about to die. Also which version of one eye mask are you talking about. It’s been nerfed multi times because it’s been such a problem.
